Statement regarding the Manchester Arena Incident from Bill Owen, President and CEO, Lexington Center Corp.

The staff and management at Rupp Arena and Lexington Center consider guest and patron safety to be the utmost priority.  Lexington Center Corporation has made significant investment in safety equipment including magnetometers now deployed for most events, video surveillance equipment and other state of the art devices.
Additionally, Lexington Center Safety & Security staff are continually updated on training and procedures to insure the safety of our facilities as well as working with local, state and federal law enforcement, our partners in this responsibility.
As our hearts go out to the victims of the tragedy in Manchester England, it serves as a reminder for diligence in preserving the wellbeing of our visitors.
