Rupp Arena will play host to a variety of must-see events throughout the year.
Most family shows (Disney on Ice, The Harlem Globetrotters, Monster Jam, etc.) offer discounts on tickets to groups.
Groups are also eligible for discounts at many of the events held at the Lexington Opera House.

Rupp Arena is wheelchair accessible and accommodating for patrons who have limited mobility, who may be deaf or hard of hearing or who may have visual impairments.
Groups Frequently Asked Questions
How many people are considered a group?
Groups are generally 10-20 people, as determined by the promoter. They can be friends, colleagues, associates, family or any number of people that want to see the show together.
What kind of group discounts are available?
Group discounts vary per show, but typically offer a savings per ticket and/or a free ticket for a minimum amount purchased. They include great seats and you are able to sit together as a group to gain maximum enjoyment at the event.
How do I purchase tickets for my group?
Contact Group Sales at (859) 787-0920 for group minimums, dates, times and pricing. Group orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and best available tickets are assigned at time of purchase. You’ll also receive personalized service when placing your order.
When do I need to order my tickets?
Order deadlines vary by show. Please ask your group coordinator.
How do I pay for my tickets?
We accept all major credit cards. Depending on the event, cashier’s checks and money orders are normally accepted. Personal checks are not accepted for the majority of events. Only company or organization checks will be accepted with payment arrangements made prior to the event date.
How do I receive my tickets?
Tickets are available on mobile devices only. Once the order has been placed and payment has been processed, the group coordinator will receive a link to the tickets and will have the ability to manager and transfer tickets to members of the group.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?
The show promoter determines at what age free admittance is applicable. However, the general rule at most family shows is that children under a certain age (one or two, depending on the show) are free but must sit on someone’s lap. Please ask your Group Sales Representative.
Terms and Conditions
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or exchanged. If the event cancels, a full refund will be available.

Catering/Concessions
Rupp Arena and Central Bank Center has reception areas available for rent prior to events for hosting that special function, including birthday parties, anniversaries, client receptions and friendly gatherings.
Additional Group Offerings
Occasionally there are group clinics or lectures especially for groups. They usually include an early entry and specific entrance information which will be given to the group leader at the time of purchase.
